Built with ActionCable for sub-50ms synchronization, it features multiple game modes including 'The Divide' (Would You Rather with predictions) and 'SipWit' (Quiplash-style comedy).

Impact & Learnings

Fully playable game modes with distinct mechanics

Production-ready platform for parties and events

What I Learned

WebSocket state management requires careful ordering - update server state before broadcasting to prevent race conditions

Modular game architecture pays off. Each game is isolated, so bugs in one don't affect others

Mobile-first isn't optional for party games - touch targets must be generous and feedback immediate
