What you should know before we work together

New projects only. No maintenance, no bug fixes on existing codebases. I build web apps from scratch, integrate Claude AI, build content systems, or add blockchain features. I focus on building things that work.

Depends on the project. Fixed prices, not hourly rates. After an initial call, you get a quote with clear scope and milestones. MVP web app? Somewhere between €5,000 and €15,000. More complex systems go up from there.

Video call to start, then a written proposal with milestones. I work in sprints. You see progress live on staging. Slack or Discord for communication. Short paths, quick answers.

10+ years of experience with it. Rails ships fast. Good for MVPs, but also systems handling millions of transactions. I've built projects with 50+ models, real-time features, complex background jobs. It scales better than people think.
